ALL of the employees were sooo helpful and made my day! they made the transition of me not having my car so smooth and easy.

Deceitful and rude, and no I'm not going to go to any website to describe anything, reach out to me. These people tried give me a vehicle with expired registration, and were not upfront about pricing when I spoke to them on the phone. Too dumb to read the review I see, no wonder you couldn't read the expired registration on the car you tried to rent me.
We had a mixed experience. The guy at the counter was very rude at first and very dismissive. We found out after a while that he was apparently sick with an illness. Then, when we went to pick up our vehicle, the spot that they gave us was empty. Had to go all the way back to Mr Friendly at the counter who told us to go back to the garage and ask them about it, it wasn't his problem.
