Extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and unfair billing practices. I rented a vehicle from this location under Rental Agreement following an accident. At the start of my rental, I paid $361 upfront based on Manager Jake’s quote for 3 days, which included the Damage Waiver (DW). Due to delays with the repair shop (CARSTAR Caledonia), my vehicle wasn't ready until April 1st. The upmost helpful from Jake Wade and John Morales, I highly recommend this location of car rental from Enterprise on 1400 Upper James St. Hamiton, Ontario. This two gentlemen very professionals very helpful and guided make me feel at home also very pleasant personality that I can get a proper helping and it shows of how sincere they are to eliminated the headaches of mine.
