One of the best customer service interactions I have had. The wait time was longer than expected but once I got to the counter, it was a non-issue based on service. The manager and team were very personable and helpful.
Staff were very helpful when we had issues with the AC in the rental car. They made sure we were accommodated. Appreciate the great customer service.

One of the busiest Enterprise rentals I have used but they get the job done. Took me longer most of the times than I would like but can’t complain, it’s a busy place. All the employees including the manager and DM are excellent, except the young white girl who needs to improve her customer service.
