Red hair Agent told me he didn't have car available until next day. He said thats what the insurance had book but the insurance had sent me. Then they gave me a car with smudges all over the windshield. Didn't seem like they cleaned it well.
If I could leave a lower evaluation after today’s experience I would. 2 month reservation was met with we don’t have a car for you and no willingness to help besides go to the airport to see if you can find something, from the store manager Kayla. Some side smirks from the desk worker were the cherry on the icing. Incompetency at its greatest.
Awful. I made the reservation TWO weeks ago because I knew it was going to be the day before Thanksgiving. The next day I get a call confirming everything, so I believe we are set. Today I go at the designated pick-up time, only to be told that because it's the day before a holiday, the car isn't ready, which makes no sense. We live half a mile up the street so I asked Michaela to call when it is. There were people sitting there waiting with the same issue.
