The African American lady I did not like . She didn’t make my family feel welcome . There was a nice African American gentleman helping us then all of a sudden she come in and mess everything up . I went to enterprise on chamblee and they services was wayyyyyy better! while talking with them I also found of the lady told a lie about my debit card to make it hard to rent .
Unfortunately a very rough experience here. Rental was canceled last minute due to recall (out of their control and I completely understand) but felt zero desire to attempt to resolve for me and it left me an incredibly difficult situation. I will not book from them again, solely due to the lack of care,
Been here for 2 hours now waiting on a rental car. I think they should warn you when you make a reservation that they don’t have enough vehicles and you’re going to spend hours waiting for a car. Take your business elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle.
