Great customer service, fast reliable and friendly. Note to making an order. make sure to hit * when calling the local phone number to get ahold of the local branch. I ordered through the call centre and there were issues but when I showed up they were able to fix things and were great to work with.
Great service. They really take care of their customers. I rented 2 cars and the service was awesome. The workers deserves credit for their excellent customer service 👏. Especially the Indian guy. Not sure what his name is. They are all pleasant. The last 3 months was a roller coaster with my insurance company. However, they put me back in a vehicle that makes me feel like I was back in my own. Thanks to the workers. Highly recommend. Best
Exceptional service and staff
It is very sad. I have been with this location for 3 years. Today I forgot my wallet at home and requested if they can allow the driver licnes’s photo. But they declined. Now, i gave them option if I can go to my home and pick it up, manager said no as they are close at 6:00 and they have to stay for 5 to 10 minutes extra which we can understand. The thing is they did not show the helping nature and I have always been a witness of closing them at 6:15. Manager was worried about his job if he stay there for extra minutes. But... read more
