HATS OFF to the team at Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car. This is the first time I've rented a car and they the experience excellent. When I picked up the rental the customer service was outstanding, very personable staff, professional, and easy to talk to. It’s clear the staff at this location care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I’ve had a great experiences here and the whole team deserves recognition. Thank you for the excellent service!
They charged me $127 for nothing. Sent a receipt for $17.26, but no description of what it was for, and then told me the balance was for tolls. Lol. I had the car one day and drove around Hamilton. And regardless they didnt have that receipt. They told ne I had to call the head iffice, which ended up being a comapny that cut trees down. They wouldn't answer my next 3 calls. Visa declared it was fraud and I got the money back, but check your statements when renting from these crooks! Im sure there taking a little from everyon... read more
Excellent service
The gentleman who was in there this morning absolutely a machine he rented out over 15 cars and bounced back en fourth. Multi tasked with customers. Very easy to communicate with and fast at what he did. He put me in a nice C Class.
