The staff is very friendly and happy to work with me. I was not happy with my first rental and they worked with me explaining everything along the way..I was very satisfied
I would rate the Newark McCarter HWY location a ZERO if possible!!! They are unorganized, lack communication skills, and inconvenience their customers.
Walter and the rest of the staff were a delight to work with and made my rental so easy.
Crazy long line and slow service on a Saturday morning after some local flooding. Staff was patient and friendly.
