Horrible service. Firstly, when you expect business to be busy, why don’t you staff up accordingly?? I had to wait for 1 hr to get my car, primarily because of the wait time and secondly because my car was not clean and ready!! The representatives were very unresponsive and chilled out. Again, when I came to return my vehicle. On a monday itself, they again were staffed out, and were working on one customer for more than 15 minutes.
