Herbert at Enterprise in Grovetown Ga was nothing short of wonderful and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure that he accommodated me with the requested vehicle type and also made sure that I had no issues on the backend. I will definitely choose enterprise again due to another great experience.
I was given a car that had absolutely no tread on the front tires. I was not asked to inspect the tires. I was told there were two puncture holes in the trunk that had been fixed, and there were no floor mats because people steal them. I had to wait 30 minutes past my pick up time for them to pick me up at the collision center, then I had to wait longer for them to go get the oil changed in it. The sales Associates at the DeVita Drive, location are always very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend if you’re in the Grovetown area.
The worst. Made a reservation on the phone. Promised the vehicle was there. Showed up for my appointment time and no vehicle. Lady working the desk was rude and unhelpful. Basically said too bad we don't have anything.
I rented a vehicle 4th of July weekend. A young gentleman Herb assisted me with my rental. He made sure the vehicle was clean to my expectations. He was polite professional and kind. I will rent from this location again.
