I’m writing to share feedback regarding my recent Enterprise rental experience involving two locations one in Kansas City, Kansas and one in Oklahoma. Overall, the experience was okay, but there were some meaningful differences between the two locations that I believe are important to note. I Picked up my rental car on 6/23 and the manager at the time help me and explained everything in detail and didn’t miss nothing and i appreciate him a lot he was fantastic even the driver that drove me from the body part place he was great too and respectful and when i dropped the car off on July 1st the person that helped me was very quick and amazing great place to rent a car and will always recommend them I really appreciate every for the help
I reserved a full size vehicle from this location but when I arrived they did not have one so they decided to place me in a Ram truck. Upon inspection I noticed the truck was not cleaned as well as had balled tires. The assistant manager, Jake was great and immediately called the location on State Avenue and asked for them to put me in a different vehicle.
