Our van rental was cancelled, due to a recall that was beyond their control. Chris worked hours and went above and beyond to help find us another rental with a different branch. Fantastic customer service and will 100% use them with our next rental!
I was very surprised with poor service. One of staff(he said he’s branch manager). I let my daughter dropped off the rental car because the car I rented was really bad smoke. It’s was very unbearable. The contract was voided. Staff was like if something happened to the car he has to paid out of the pocket. I’m wondering when the staff ever respond for the manage customer made.he just worker. He made my daughter wait outside until I came. He called police over because my daughter was refuse to wait outside.
I got into an accident and needed a rental car, which sucks, but the service I got at Enterprise made it a little less painful. Luke got me into a car similar to what I normally drive, and Desirae helped me return it when I was done in under 5 minutes. The Captain gave me a lovely ride with great conversation to pick up my car. 10/10 experience all around.
They gave me an unclean car and when after waiting for it to be cleaned, I still received a poorly cleaned car. They over charged me also on my charge card and no return on my deposit as of this date. Will have to call again. I Would NOT recommend them.
