The corporate policies of this rental agency are going to be its undoing. Their selection of tiny cars that are supposed to be comparable to most cars is at best, laughable. I will not sanction their pitiful business policies by accepting their judgement that my five passenger automobile (which is being repaired due to someone else’s negligence) is only comparable to a three and a half passenger Hyundai!
