Not a great experience. Another branch couldn't add additional driver on the contract for which I got the car here. No clarity on how to return the car - go down parking 3 levels. Not enough staff to see the car, while returning. Charged for entire contract duration the additional driver, and not the specified days. When called, put on hold forever and not received call back. Service could be coherent and better. Car quality was super good. Manager was quick to respond and solved all issues.
Had a wonderful experience. The whole process was really quick and smooth. The car was also clean and well maintained
Aidan was a great help! Even helped me return my rental 10 mins before the office opened
