I always use this Enterprise, the staff is always extremely friendly. I never have any problems here.
I got to the location Saturday after getting off my flight the staff was nice but didn't know how to add my plentif points to my reservation. So I did just loss out on that after renting for 3 days. I also had to call Uber to get a ride just up the street because the staff was to Busy to do a drop off !
