Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable super clean cars !!!
One of the staff members had a very inappropriate attitude when dealing with customers — making dismissive and disrespectful remarks. I’m not sure if he’s a manager, but he acted quite immature, almost like a teenager. (Brown skin, curly hair.) The car I received was completely different from the one I booked on the Enterprise website. In addition, a specific insurance plan was added without my consent, which caused the total monthly rental cost to rise from about $800 to nearly $3,000. I’ve been renting from Enterprise for about six years now, but this was my first time at this particular location — and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I rented a car last Friday, and everything from start to finish was perfect. The first employee we met — a Middle Eastern gentleman (Moutsam) — was incredibly kind and thoughtful.
