The crew was good
I’ve rented from Enterprise many times and the experience is always great. Their teams are consistently professional, courteous, and efficient. On my most recent trip, we rented two cars at JFK (John F. Kennedy International Airport, New York) and returned them in Ottawa. Both locations were outstanding—pickup at JFK was quick and well organized, the vehicles were clean and in excellent condition, and the staff made sure we had exactly what we needed. Process to pick up and drop off the car was super easy. Car was clean and had modern conveniences. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even though my insurance paid for the rental, I saw the bill, and charges were very reasonable, so if I ever needed to rent a car at my own expense, I would choose Enterprise. Overall a very positive experience!
Excellent experience, great customer experience at the location in Ottawa. I cannot say the same for my experience in Northern Ontario.
