⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Richard is the best at Enterprise! I’ve been renting with Enterprise for the past two months, and my experience has been excellent. Richard is always helpful, professional, and ready to assist whenever I encounter any issues. He makes the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. The customer service and support have been outstanding, and I truly appreciate how consistently he goes above and beyond to help. Highly recommend Enterprise, especially Richard, for his excellent service!
Had a very good experience here; staff are very friendly and kind, car was good, rate was great.
One of the worst branch locations in the city. Picked up a vehicle that was fully unserviced, from the unsafe brakes, to malfunctions in the electrical interior systems. When I went back to ask for a more safe vehicle I was told they would reimburse me a day for the inconvenience, instead I was charged extra after my return. I would not recommend this location if you care about safety and good service.
This location is one of the few in Ottawa that is open on weekends. They used to be very good last year, but my last three rentals this year from this location have had logistical issues. The first two were minor, but the most recent visit was quite unsatisfactory. There were many customers waiting a long time, yet the process felt very rushed once the vehicles became available because the keys were handed over while the vehicle was in the driveway instead of the parking lot and there were customers behind waiting to exit.
