Very professional staff. Helped me when I needed help with a flat tire. Prompt and efficient in their help.
Great experiences with them. Reserved the car right before midnight, for the very next moment as soon as they open. Received email and call about selected car not being available, and offered a free upgrade to the mini van with an extra seat. It only took a short moment after I showed up, to drive out in a clean shiny like-new car. Returning the car before opening hours was easy, thanks to the Key Drop box. Friendly staffs. Will do business with them again.

Literally just messaged me at 7:27pm that they would not be able to fulfill my reservation for tomorrow at 8am. What am I supposed to do now!!!!!! And on top of things they are closed!!!! So much for customer service. ---------------------------------- Love the generic replies asking you connect with them after the fact. I already emailed and called as you instructed when you sent the cancellation notice. No one responded..... What is the point.......
