Another 5 stars experience, thanks again to the enterprise team and Isaac, for the shuttle service drop off ,if you live around 10 minutes away!
5 stars for the customer service, the staff here are phenomenal. They called the day before to confirm the rental, were great and efficient when we went to pick it up, and then before closing out the contract they called to confirm everything went well and to ask for feedback on their customer service. We rented the Bronco and it was really nice, handled well, and was very clean!
I am giving 1 star only because there is no option for zero or negative ratings. Do not rent a car without insurance — it seems to be their main source of revenue. I rented without their insurance policy and ended up being charged $1,000 for a small scratch at the bottom of the car (completely illogical and overquoted). I have been renting cars for the past 2 years without issues, but this happened for the first time when I realized I hadn’t purchased insurance this time.
