the store manager Joshua Fox was outstanding. made renting a breeze in and out. excellent job.
Shady practices will try and extort money from you and not giving deposit refund where do. Not cooperating with insurance agency and more. Refused to give copy of rental car agreement.

My girlfriend and I recently needed to rent a car due to her car getting backed into while parked (thank god they left a note). I initially selected an intermediate sized car from the Aloha location on Shaw St next to Classic Collision (conveniently located next to the very highly recommended shop we chose).
