Good customer service and clean nice cars!
My girlfriend and I recently needed to rent a car due to her car getting backed into while parked (thank god they left a note). I initially selected an intermediate sized car from the Aloha location on Shaw St next to Classic Collision (conveniently located next to the very highly recommended shop we chose). Car that I rented kept over heating going up any hill, terrible service by management, and they even "accidentally" charged me $160 two weeks after my rental was returned.
