They OFTEN CANCEL your reservation right before you're supposed to pickup your rental. Calling and texting after hours does not help. Eddie didn't bother to call another branch to see if vehicles were available. He just gave me a card. Lazy and useless. The only thing he was eager to do was put me on a do not rent list. As if I would spend another dime with a company that's not dependable. This is the 3rd time they have canceled. I was a loyal customer for 15 years but not anymore.
I would definitely choose enterprise to rent my next vehicle.The car was clean and I love their service
