WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I am in a long-term rental due to my car being in the shop from an accident. The first car they gave me which was an “upgrade“ was absolutely FILTHY! Hair everywhere, pistachio shells under the seat, crumbs in the seat however the best part of all was the fact that the two front tires had no tread on them. Do not go here to rent a car, they treated me like trash the MANAGER(Hispanic Woman) threatened me with police all because my address on my driver license changed.
I love it great customer services
The employees here are very nice and helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed and gave superb service. I'll be calling this location next time I need a rental. Thanks so much
