I usually love Enterprise and have always gotten my cars from here exclusively. However, my recent rental experience was absolutely horrible. I felt completely dismissed, disrespected, and run through unnecessary hoops. To start, I even sent an email regarding a car seat that was left in the rental or at the airport location, but received no response. I rented a car on Oct26th at Windsor Airport. Starting from reservation until returning the car, the process was very smooth. Daniela Pereira and Bhardwaj Roopak was amazing in their customer service. Thank you

The experience was relatively good. The pick-up and drop-off went quickly and smoothly. The rate was very good and the adjustment for an earlier return was very quick. The car was exceptionally clean and rode well. The only downside was the rate for the insurance; it was more per day than the daily cost of the rental. From the website understood to be much lower, was astounded when I read the statement.
