Really poor experience. We had a confirmed booking, but upon arriving, the person at the location told us there were no cars available. It was already evening—around 7 PM—and all other rental spots nearby had already closed. We had to be in Chicago by the next morning, so this completely disrupted our schedule. Wish I could give negative rating. We booked rental and when we reached the location guy who was there said they don’t have any vehicles to offer. Also it was 7:00 pm and no other location was open. We already had booking in Chicago to reach before noon. And the guy suggested us to come in morning at 8 am to see if they’d any vehicles available. Very unprofessional. Atleast you know that you don’t have any vehicles you should have informed customers that don’t bother coming we ran out. Even they don’t answer any calls.
