I was given the worst car I’ve ever driven, a Mitsubishi Highlander (which is NOT comparable to Rouge in any way, which is what we selected). You could stand on the gas all day it won’t go anywhere. Additionally, we had to go back and forth over Teton pass and nearly had to have others push us up the hill. We just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Kendric who was able to save the day for us. We are on a road trip and when we were near Blackfoot, a semi kicked up a huge rock into the window leaving a baseball sized mark in the windshield leaving it unsafe to drive. The location in Blackfoot didn't have an available car for us so we headed to this location. From the moment he started helping us he was incredibly nice and empathetic to our situation. Think about ways we can add another driver remotely. Our flight plans got jacked and I could not be at the counter when the car was rented. With all of this technology there should be a way to upload my license to an existing reservation. Please look into this.
