This place is a joke. They don't care about you. Once you're in the car. Good luck in service cuz these people do not provide any type of good service
Free upgrade - no surprise charges - seamless drop off
Called at 1130 for a ride to pick up my car for a 1200pm pickup and didn't get picked had to call a 2nd time and finally got my car about 3pm. No compensation for 3 hour of time. Drop off was still 12pm. Other than that service was great.
What a great experience renting from Enterprise at the Idaho Falls airport. I had to wait for my car and the agent was very apologetic and nice. Then when I returned my car the person that took my keys saw that I had to wait (and it was not that long of a wait) so he gave me a nice discount on my rental. What a nice group of people working at Enterprise.
