Great price, pick up was easy. Was waiting in line with one customer in front of me. Another rep approached me, got me checked in. No upsell, got a fairly new mazda cx5 with only 18800 miles. Return as easy too, dropped off, snapped a few pics. As I was walking back, a rep approached me and finalized the drop off. I would recommend and would use them again.
Recently rented from Enterprise and was an great experience. Pick up and drop off were both very quick and easy (possibly the quickest rental process I've experienced). The vehicle was very clean as well.

Customer service in Idaho Falls was absolutely unprofessional, did not follow their program rules, tried to rent me an unsafe vehicle and will never rent from this company again!
