They got me too. I have not rented from this location in awhile because of the bait and switch. I had planned to drive to Fl and needed a large enough car to fit my family of 7, luggage, and scooter. I reserved a Minivan and a Premium SUV just in case they tried to switch the vehicles. They called me to confirm and I spoke to someone who said that I had 2 reservations and I told her why.
