Thank you for the great service team! S/o to the young gentlemen working on sunday. It was really busy but he was very calm and helpful despite the amount of people lined up.
I was close to leaving a one-star review. We waited over an hour while another employee served people who came after us and ignored us, even though he clearly saw us waiting. Once Nate stepped in, everything changed. Within five minutes, he helped us. Five stars strictly for Nate and his customer service.
I have rented from this location a couple of times and didn't experience any issues during or after the rental. Friendly and polite staff that despite being understaffed tries their best to make the customer happy. Kudos for being open on weekends! I can recommend them. Nate was an excellent employee however he was the only staff member assisting 9 people on a Sunday afternoon...checking in customers, detailing the car, grabbing the car...an absolute nightmare. They need to hire more staff. Will not use this branch again until I know they are staff sufficiently
Although there was only one person at the desk and we had to wait a while, the person was very friendly. Because I had made the reservation and registered online, the rental and return were swift.
