Always great service at the enterprise location at 330 Steeles - great prices and good people. Note: If you are using a debit card you need to bring along all kind of references re; address, job, etc. Also don't rely on info from main number - make sure you speak to an agent at the branch for any specific questions.

I had a stressful experience with another branch where I booked a car but was told last minute upon arrival that no car would be available for me. I rushed over to this branch in a panic, and thank goodness I met Rasika. Rasika was incredibly helpful and immediately solved the problem for me. She even took the time to show me the car in person.
