The time it takes to check in was great. The organization and system at the El Paso Airport is easy to pick up and return. The Enterprise staff where friendly and helpful.
Personnel were courteous and professional. A total contrast to the Zaragoza rental where my reservation on,Labor Day weekend was not recognized and no cars were available even when a reservation was made two weeks prior. District manager was negligent of his duties by over booking and not keeping reservations for customers. This time I decided to use Convair site at ELP since they have personnel more attentive and responsible.
