Great customer service both before and after
I have been using this Enterprise location for many years. We had to get a rental with our car in the shop recently. Picked me up from the shop. When my wife got in she said it smelled funny. I brushed it off and we went on our way. No issues with the rental until we returned it today and they accused us of smoking in it. The young man all but called me a liar. He said we wouldn't be charged for cleaning it. We will see if that holds true. Very disappointed with this experience after using the same location all these years. ... read more
