I rented car from this center. I visited this center on Saturday 1 pm. They took my booking and give me car. It was in hurry so they give me CAR without CRUSE Control. What the hell, When i realized that it does not have cruse control they were closed so i drove my car for more than 15 hrs without Cruse control. Very hectic and bad. When i told same thing by calling them she told me its Customer responsibility to check all facility. The car was great, – the only problem is they billed the wrong credit card & have yet to issue the credit they said they issued – this is screwing up my finances & All I get is that it will take a few days but if they had charged the card I asked them to from the beginning – I would not have to deal with this now. The bank said they never issued a credit even thought the manager Greg said they did - there is still a $750 erroneous charge on my card even though they have been paid, they do not care!
