Its hard to believe that Enterprise has been around so long and every time I go there its like the 1st day they've been in business. Guy at the counter was nice enough but your online team sets them up to fail. Make this guy look bad because your system is dumb. I would have quit just based on my experience. They obviously dont give a shit about their employees and we know customers are past. Windows in this car have never been cleaned. Smells. 51k is eternity for a rental. Not full.
