The W. 9 mile location is great to use for rentals good selections of vehicles, clean vehicles & store, friendly staff, & decent prices

I wrote a review about this location two weeks ago and gave it 1 star. The representative that waited on me was terrible and unhelpful! Since this was a rental provided by an insurance company, I waited 1 week, called ahead and returned to get a car. My pick up and return were flawless! Both of the customer service representatives were very good. When I returned the rental, I was provided transportation to the body shop for my car. The offending agent from 2 weeks ago is no longer there. Well done.
I always have a great experience with this company.
