ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - DO NOT TRUST THEIR "GUARANTEED" BOOKINGS! I am extremely disappointed and furious with Enterprise. I booked a 7-seater car month ago for a critical family road trip, and received a confirmed reservation. Manan Kumar at the Waverley location was very helpful when I picked up my car and provided great service on pickup. Car worked out great and would come back again.
