Do not use this location they will charge your credit card even though they assure you they will make a direct bill claim to your insurer! This has now happened twice after being promised they would send the claim directly to our insurance company they just billed our CC without notice. Don’t bother trying to call anyone at this location or at Enterprise in general. Nobody calls you back, they just bounce your around to different departments and nobody takes accountability for the mistake. Useless and not helpful!
The nissan that I rented road like a tank. The steering was very hard as well. Would never rent another one
