The whole experience was very disappointing and alarmingly shady. I had an 8:30 rental booked through a nearby autobody shop, but it took until almost 10:00 to leave the lot. I was originally told I would be driving a Bronco, but was then told there was an issue with that vehicle’s tire after hearing the representative promise a Bronco to someone else over the phone. I had 498km in the tank when I received the car. I returned it with well over that. I think 535 or so. Yet they charged me for refueling. Secondly I booked on Expedia for 114 dollars and somehow went up to 210. I returned it at exactly the same time so should only be charged for 2 days. Won’t book with you again. Might actually post a bad review on social media as well. Extremely dissatisfied
