It is very obvious that Enterprise trains their staff in excellent customer service. We were treated with respect, a positive attitude and personalized professionalism throughout the entire process. Kudos to Trent Goudeaux on Elvas Ave in Sacramento, Estefan at the Oakland airport, Coco at LAX (and another gentleman assisting all customers in line) and the return staff at Burbank airport. Each person made us feel like a valued customer and we will be back! Both cars we rented were also just as expected. Thank you!
The associate who helped us was professional, friendly and was able to find a vehicle that would work for us almost immediately. It was a great experience.
The SUV they gave me smelt like someone just smoked a cigarette in it. The seats were super stained and the key fob was dying. I do not know why they would have provided this car to anyone in this state.
