If I could leave 0 stars I would. I dropped my rental vehicle off here in December with no damage. Some fraudulent scam artist at Enterprise tried to file a claim to my insurance company 3 MONTHS LATER!! DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE!!!!

The customer service was absolutely outstanding! Very accommodating, cheerful and smiling 😃. They made my stressful situation into a calm easy and stress less situation! It was amazing. I left with a smile on my face. I recommend renting a car from Enterprise. The renting and returning process was quick and easy. And the car chosen was fantastic I was driving in luxury. Thats how I felt and they made me feel important. Totally recommend!!
4 one week charges instead of 1 month! This wasn’t an insurance billed rental this was out of my pocket! :(
