Do not rent a vehicle from here. Customer service was extremely horrible, completely disrespectful manager, and gave us a vehicle that was not cleaned and crap all in the bed of the truck plus stuff on the inside of the truck as well. I had to request the truck be cleaned before taking it. After saying it was unacceptable, he didn't even offer apologize or offer to get it cleaned. Instead he asked if I wanted it to be cleaned. They claim "exceptional customer service" though deliver the worst customer service experience.

thumbsdown awful experience with the lady employee... Not so helpful and rough towards customers. If there's a 5 stars there. They owe me one I'll give a credit for the help of the guy, her colleague. Try other car rental or might be nice without that lady C.

She went above and beyond! Our experience with Enterprise was the best! The woman was so helpful, she advised us on places to visit and recommended restaurants too. She went above and beyond!
