Car wasn’t clean/ and smelled weird. Office needs more employees to help customers. Not much of a selection of vehicles for $103.99 a wknd day. Not a good value/ not worth the money.
Rented a Toyota Camry at this location and Brenden and Kendall (spellcheck) were very polite and professional I will definitely reserve another rental at this location thanks
Worth experience ever I won’t recommend enterprise to anyone they don’t know how to treat customers even after making reservation there is no vehicle available.
I absolutely hate the way this place does business. They allow dozens of people to make reservations at the same time, and then they don’t have the staff to deal with the rush. I’ll never come back here, or any other Enterprise because of this location’s horrible customer service.
Had a reservation at 8:00 the confirmation was done, when we where there they simply mentioned that we were in 15th of the list and it would be around 3:00pm to get the car. I dont understand the purpose of booking a rental car, where i wasnt even informed about all this.
