Very friendly, very quick. The car was really clean and it's obvious they give them all a good going over before sending them out.
Went to rent a SUV, was about 90% done with the booking, all of a sudden the manager comes in and ask me what time my reservation was set for, I told her and she immediately told me that they were out of SUV’s. The funny thing about the whole ordeal is that Carlos was about to put me in an SUV. She was rude to me for no reason at all, Carlos saved the day, was very professional and kind, I think they should trade roles
Best place to rent a car here in Denton. Everyone on the team was helpful but Drew the assistant manager was amazing! He helped me get on the road after Budget was unable to provide me with a car.
