I returned a rental on July 28th and was told by the person that checked the vehicle in my full deposit would be returned. Well here I am almost 2 weeks later waiting and being lied to. This location has been wonderful with previous rentals, but now I feel as if I’m being lied to about the other part of my deposit being returned.
