Deaf friendly.
Major mismanagement issue. Used to be great customer service. Now, expect to wait an hour to get a vehicle….. if they even have any left. Got there at 8:30am (open at 7:30) and only had one staff member there. Phones ringing non stop. Absoluteky ridiculous. Mgmt needs to get serious. Completely unacceptable.
Efficient check in . 2025 Chev Malibu was great with heated seats .
