Very disappointing experience. I called ahead and was told cars were available, but when I arrived, the staff didn't provide any clear response and were very rude and unprofessional. It was a complete waste of my time. I expected much better customer service.
Worst Experience. Always out of cars, Then i don't know why for appointment system works for.
Worst location I’ve ever been to customer service was a joke absolutely no help or willingness to make sure we get a vehicle that we Reserved and had confirmation for!!! Also some of vehicles need to be jumped bc they don’t check to see if the batteries are good or not there was about 15 people also waiting for a vehicle in the situation!!! I only put a 1 star bc it’s required save your time and money and choose another location.
The website was easy to navigate and the staff was friendly at the time of pickup. We had an after hours return and that process was simple. I’ve never had an issue with Enterprise.
