reserved a specific vehicle, but when I arrived they didn’t have it available. I ended up waiting over an hour before they could provide a car. That completely defeated the purpose of making a reservation. While I was waiting, another customer told me she had experienced the same issue before. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t rent from this location again. I’ve never had this problem with Hertz.
