The reservation/pick up of my rental was quick and easy. After making my reservation online it took no longer than 15-20 minutes to verify my information and check out the vehicle to note damage or anything on the vehicle before I was on my way. Returning the vehicle was just as easy and even more convenient/accommodating because I returned the vehicle to a different location after notifying the original return location that I was dropping the vehicle off at a different location.
