The customer service here is awesome! The car we rented was in great driving condition, but smelled like cigarettes and the interior windows were dirty.
First experience and most likely last one. I rented a car from them and paid about 1200 in all because of the time frame I had the car. I ended up returning the car earlier and never received a refund. They claimed they reversed the payment and never charged the full amount. I didn't see that money again. It was about 300 I believe I was expected to receive in refunds. I will most likely find another rental place if I ever need to rent again.
