The reservation/pick up of my rental was quick and easy. After making my reservation online it took no longer than 15-20 minutes to verify my information and check out the vehicle to note damage or anything on the vehicle before I was on my way. Returning the vehicle was just as easy and even more convenient/accommodating because I returned the vehicle to a different location after notifying the original return location that I was dropping the vehicle off at a different location. I rented a vehicle from Enterprise at their W University Drive location. I was helped by Journey. Journey was an absolute godsend. Enterprise did not have a vehicle for me at pick-up but Journey went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed, and I was able to do my trip. I will use Enterprise again specifically because of Journey and other Enterprise employees like her.
