If you put a preference for a certain vehicle in your reservation and call ahead to make sure they have that preference recorded, they will tell you they cannot guarantee it but "they will do everything they can" to get the model that you prefer. Actually, they seem to have no clue about how to accommodate your preference. I don't think they even have a system in place to share that preference between the staff that are behind the counter renting away vehicles.
