ENTERPRISE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! My personal car broke down an hour and half from home. We had just started our vacation and were on a 4 hour trip. We eventually got a tow and uber to the Tampa Airport to pick up rental from Enterprise. I though my car would be fixed the next day but due to tow truck driven who never delivered my car to the dealership... until I threatened to call the police and report it stolen.
