I’ve never dealt with a company that makes it so difficult to rent a vehicle from them. They don’t accept the documentation that you have claiming that it’s not enough but when I rent cars in different areas from enterprise I do not have this issue. I even went as far as trying to obtain the documentation that they wanted but they still denied me. They do not try to work with you at all and they are not helpful. The location is convenient, and the staff are professional, friendly, and responsive. I appreciated that they called ahead to inform me about the required deposit. When I arrived to pick up my rental, the team clearly explained all charges and fees. The vehicle provided was brand new, but it wasn’t quite to my liking. I mentioned this to Shay when I returned the car, and she was very respectful and understanding. She let me know that I could request a different vehicle in the future if I’m not satisfied.
