Very friendly, Truck was ready for pick up as scheduled. Will definetly rent from them again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Entire rental process was fast. Courteous pick up and drop off.
I rented Friday for what I thought would be a short 3 day period. I needed the rental 2 more days. The Rep David was courteous, and expedited the process of picking up the car and was there for a fast drop off! I recommend them 100% ����������������
My latest experience with Enterprise in Maplewood, NJ on Millburn Avenue was extremely poor. I was given a rental car in very poor condition and meticulously noted the damage on the vehicle as the agent took me to review the car. The agent responded to many of the things I pointed out with "Oh, we wouldn't hold you responsible for that." I was under the impression that everything I pointed out was either negligible or was noted on the contract, so I signed it.
