The most disgusting experience in my 23 years of renting from this company. Desiree who is the assistant manager (lied and said she was the store manager and no one above her) is rude, condescending and lacks the professionalism to be in any leadership role at ERAC. I filed a complaint on Thursday, April 19 and yet to hear anything from management. I called customer service and have to wait for a call back. I will definitely NOT go there!!! They charged me extra $500 in the final bill several days after I dropped off the car.
