**⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star)** Absolutely unacceptable experience. Enterprise gave us a vehicle with a tire that went flat on the highway during our family trip. The roadside technician told us the tire appeared to have been previously damaged in the exact same spot. After replacing it with a temporary spare, Enterprise failed to provide a replacement vehicle, sent us from one location to another, and never returned our calls despite promising they would.
