I had a car accident, and my insurance company has made my reservation for a rental while my car was been fixed. When picking up the rental, the agent that helped me was Reggie. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. He made pick up the rental and dropping it off very easy and fast. I hope he gets recognized for his amazing customer service.
Absolutely the worst rental experience I’ve had. The customer service at this Enterprise location was extremely poor — unhelpful, unprofessional, and honestly frustrating to deal with. On top of that, there’s a major issue with parking. I came there to pick up a rental and couldn’t even find space to park my own car.
