I had a car accident, and my insurance company has made my reservation for a rental while my car was been fixed. When picking up the rental, the agent that helped me was Reggie. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. He made picking up the rental and dropping it off very easy and fast. I hope he gets recognized for his amazing customer service.
