Most staff at this location was phenomenal. The gentleman in charge when we picked the car up was excellent and has superb customer service. However the female attendant that was assisting us was far below expectations. When we rented the car months ago the rate was $650 for the week, which was fine. However three days before the pickup time I checked the rates online again and it was $480 instead. When I brought this up to the female attendant on the phone, she said there was nothing to be done.
