Great service .. will always book from enterprise … got pick up drop off service too … amazing have rental car for one month … surely book next time with enterprise only
I had to get a rental car while my car was being fixed. They didn’t have a car to match my Corolla at the time, however the Volkswagen Taos they gave me was great. My insurance coordinated with them and it was a smooth process. The staff are very professional and helpful. They even gave me a ride back to the auto shop to pick up my car when it was fixed.
I personally would not recommend booking at this location. First, the price at this branch was higher compared to other nearby locations, which I didn’t understand, but I accepted it expecting better service. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I reserved a different vehicle category, but I was given an intermediate car instead. The staff told me I would receive a free SUV upgrade once one became available.
