Phd me before pickup, efficient. Small car KIA Rondo ideal with GPS. Chose same to be familiar reservation in 3 weeks. Not sure tire pressuers were right, seemed hard. Rental firms seldom reliable with door jamb pressures. I bring accurate gage which I sometimes present to the business for safety of others..
The people were friendly, polite and helpful. There was a couple of issues with the vehicle e.g. the one tire had low pressure and had to be pumped up three or four times and the engine light would show up. All in all; a good experience
Very friendly and helpful. Did not try to push any extras on us . Would definitely recommend them.
