Great Customer service they go above and beyond to give you all what you need especially James (the branch manager) very nice guy and very professional
In my mental state, taking photo's of the location wasn't on my mind. I had been in an accident on the 401 around noon, and after spending several hours at the Collision Reporting Center, I had to figure out a ride. Insurance company sent me here, but there was apparently an issue with the account associated with my license, the gentleman had called me to let me know that and got me directed to where I can sort it out. Worst location to deal with so far .. long story short this location will keep disconnecting your calls until closing time super unprofessional when you only are open for a few hours over the weekend.. please book with an other company your better off choosing pace of mind over enterprise

Absolute outstanding customer service from start to finish. From the moment I picked up the vehicle on January 9th to returning it today, the experience was seamless. The staff at the 3175 Dufferin Street location were pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire rental. They made everything easy and stress-free, which is truly appreciated.
