No complaints Great Service !!!
Booked for 2 PM. Reached at 2 PM. Still didn’t get a rental as employees laughed and closed the branch in front of me lol and the customer service said to pick up a rental at some other branch
This place is so busy, particularly on a weekend, but the people who work there are patient, professional and friendly.
These guys have zero customer service, I spoke to one of the employees to extend my rental, they told me a certain price for the certain amount of days that I would hold this for. But they charge me more then triple times the money and when I call them all I get is a sorry crazy
This location is awesome. I noticed many good reviews but a fair amount of bad ones. However, in my experience I have always been given good service and I have used this location for almost 10 years renting numerous vehicles. I only had one issue where the rental experience was a disaster but that was the only one. All the staff there gave been great and manager is so helpful and friendly. They may have a new manager as I have not seen him lately and noticed new staff but they too are friendly.
