I booked a car a month ago. When I got to the branch, Nishant told me my rate wasn’t valid anymore because I’m no longer an employee. I understood and agreed to pay the new price. Then he told me the car would be a Ford Escape. I said no—I booked a premium car like an Audi A3 or BMW. He claimed the Ford Escape was a “free upgrade” because it’s more expensive.
