I have been using Enterprise for many years, such as 20 years plus. This have been for when my car had to be repaired, due to an auto accident, maintenance, take long trips and vacations. Just recently I rented it and was in a hurry and noticed when I got into the car it had not be washed or cleaned from another renter. RUN! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ENTERPRISE RENTAL CAR BRANCH. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER BUSINESS ETHICS AND THEY DON’T CARE IF THEY CAUSE ENTERPRISE TO LOOSE CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY EVER.
