Devin made for the smoothest and friendliest rental car pickup ever! We booked through a third party with National which shares operations with Enterprise at the airport. Devin helped us right away, offered to give us a nice bigger car and even cleaned the car before giving it to us after people had tried out the car but decided not to take it. Really great experience, wish all car rentals were like this! Thanks Devin!

First off the lady working there was absolutely amazing. She was open and honest with us. Our issue was we booked a car on Expedia to take over to Nova Scotia. Once we got there we were told the car has to come back to this location. Nowhere did it say this. I reopened the app and we booked the same car again right in front of her and it said it was available to take to Halifax. She said it wasn’t possible. She was kind and very helpful. Extremely satisfied.
Unprofessional and disrespectful attitude of local agent and escalation team. The rental was booked and confirmed a month in advance, but no cars are available in the day of pickup (corporate rate - we are not paying enough, probably) Ohhh, not to mention the ridiculous extra changes for "premium location" - this is Saint John, not Beverly Hills. But, I've been provided with exceptional solution: Take a taxi, nothing to do.
