After a stressful and unexpected breakdown of our truck our dealing with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was a smooth process. Jesse’s excellent and friendly customer service was a welcome relief. The follow up phone call on the first day of our rental to ensure that everything was working smoothly to our satisfaction. I will definitely recommend this location to family and friends.
Allows reservations to go through (says stock online), canceled reservation even after confirmation and instead of calling other locations to try and find a replacement the representatives response was "well i have a busy morning, itd be faster if you called another location" which should not be my responsibility if your system is giving wrong information and confirming rentals. No cars available according to the app. Drove by and saw many cars on the lot. Can't imagine they were all rented at the exact time I was looking.
I rented a car for 10.days in Saint John and the car was awesome and Dawn Barnett the representative went totally out of her way to help me!!
