First off the lady working there was absolutely amazing. She was open and honest with us. Our issue was we booked a car on Expedia to take over to Nova Scotia. Once we got there we were told the car has to come back to this location. Nowhere did it say this. I reopened the app and we booked the same car again right in front of her and it said it was available to take to Halifax. She said it wasn’t possible. She was kind and very helpful. Unprofessional and disrespectful attitude of local agent and escalation team. The rental was booked and confirmed a month in advance, but no cars are available in the day of pickup (corporate rate - we are not paying enough, probably) Ohhh, not to mention the ridiculous extra changes for "premium location" - this is Saint John, not Beverly Hills. But, I've been provided with exceptional solution: Take a taxi, nothing to do.

Staff at the Saint John airport location was very friendly and accommodating. They upgraded me to a vehicle that I actually wanted. Easy pick up and drop off I would diffently rent from Enterprise again.

Devin was a huge help for me today. I originally had an appointment for a pick-up with Avis, unfortunately there wasn't anybody working the counter. Devin tried calling the owner to help me with my situation. With no answer from Avis, Devin got me into a rental in no time at all. I really appreciate his assistance, he got me out of a jam and I will definitely be renting from him again. Thank you very much Devin!
