I had nothing but a pleasant customer experience booking with Enterprise and I can be a little hard to deal with when it comes to returning the car on time and they still been nothing but patient with me. So I really appreciate all they do there at the store on Hanwell Rd Fredericton. Keep up the awesome customer service guys . Lacy
Friendly staff in Frefericton airport, competitive ratea and flexibility on when I could return the car had me switch to Enterprise (and finding an ice scraper in the car was a welcome surprise).
Agent was excellent. Confirmation phone call in advance of rental. No surprises with the vehicle.
I came with my family to visit my brother from graduation. The lady in the front with black square glasses told us they didnt had anymore vehicles. HOWEVER when another person came in THEY GAVE HIM A VEHICLE. I dont know if its because we're Asian and shes just being racist. But I'd HIGHLY recommend NOT RENTING a car with them unless you're the same race as them
