I would absolutely never rent a car from here again twice I had reservations for a car got to the location and was told they didn't have anything for me the last time when I went I was able to rent a van online and then when I got there I was told not only do they not have any but they had a recall on their vans and so nobody in their district had any for me to even rent even though they were still advertised online to rent My mother-in-law made a reservation they told her they had the car she got there and they did the exac... read more
Needed rental while vehicle was repaired. Service was excellent and quick which was appreciated.
This branch has been the only one with availability this week due to a sports event. I can tell why!!! Picked up a car from them and was told I couldn’t get anything on the lot aside from 2 models, then tbe branch manager got involved because car #1 leaked water INSIDE when it rained. Mind you, when I returned said car they washed it and re-rented it out!!! Car #2 is still actively giving me a migraine as they put carbon dioxide gas in it (common practice to eliminate smoke odor, harmless-WHEN DONE CORRECTLY which this branc... read more
HORRIBLE!! Cars always smell like smoke or not properly maintained. They still charge top dollar for junky cars.
