This Enterprise Carmel rental location was excellent with Service, the cost to rent a car, the rental car itself was a great smooth ride, as well as dropping it off. It was an easy process. Rented a car through my insurance company enterprise agent called me before my reservation was done and tried to change my rates from the reservation made before the reservation expired. I had to call corporate to get confirmation. Poor experience and I've rented from Enterprise since 2009.
