J’attend depuis presqu’un an le remboursement d’un dépôt de 300$, supposément il y aurait un temps d’attente avant qu’ils me contactent à cause de la grève de poste canada… mais aucune nouvelles après 11 mois donc je me rend sur place, on me dit qu’on va me faire un suivi dans la journée même ou le lendemain puis plus aucune nouvelle. Je rappelle donc une semaine plus tard pour avoir un suivi, après avoir expliqué la situation on me met en attente pendant un temps interminable qui m’a poussé à raccrocher et à devoir planifie... read more
