Reserved the car well in advance to pick it up for Friday at 9AM. Unfortunately we were running an hour late, but as soon as we got there we were told there was a safety issue with a car that was going to be offered to us and no other vehicle was available at that time with no help offered. Simply shrugged the situation off the situation with no help offered by providing a resolution to reach out to other locations in the city.
