Completely unaccommodating. Not the staffs fault, this company and all of its barriers around renting a car is horrendous. Luckily Avis was able to use one of the 4 cards I provided at Enterprise. What a disappointment. Won’t be using ever again.
I did not like the experience I had at the Mountain road branch of Enterprise. I tabled my complaint to the management, and I am glad with the way the situation was handled. Visit Enterprise branches on Main Street, ask for Craig or Enterprise branch at Dieppe, ask for Spencer. These guys are great at customer's experience and services and would always treat you right and nice. Enterprise rent-a-car branch at Crown Street Saint John also have excellent staff. If you are of colored, African origin or mixed race, DO NOT GO to this branch. They have shown actions of discrimination, twice on my visit to rent a car. However, I would advise you visit Enterprise branches on Main Street, ask for Craig or Enterprise branch at Dieppe, ask for Spencer.
