I needed a car while my vehicle was getting fixed after a crash. This location ensured the process was smooth for me. They had a guy working at this location who was very nice and explained how the process worked for me. When I returned to drop the car off, the lady there also made the process super fast and smooth. She was very sweet. I am glad they made everything fast and easy!

I travel often for work (pretty close to every other week) and have used this Enterprise location consistently, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Jonathan and Jackie always go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. They’re professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient, making the rental process seamless every time. Beware of this place, especially the Assistant manager Jackie Rookaird she is very rude and has a very passive aggressive attitude. She would purposefully withdraw from credit card without even having the permission to do so. As other customers are saying that they’ve been scammed to repair Enterprise owned cars under your insurance claims be aware of this place.
