I leased a car on October 2025, I had left the keys inside the car and the car 2025 Ford SUV soppose not to lock while keys are inside but somehow the keys got locked, I did not have a second set of keys so I called roadside assistance and I was charged 61 dollars. I received a rental vehicle from Enterprise through my insurance after a vehicle accident. I want to start by saying the customer service was friendly, professional, and pleasant, which I truly appreciate. However, the vehicle itself was not great. There was a strange odor and several small defects, which I understand can be normal with rentals and wasn’t a major issue for me. I needed a car while my vehicle was getting fixed after a crash. This location ensured the process was smooth for me. They had a guy working at this location who was very nice and explained how the process worked for me. When I returned to drop the car off, the lady there also made the process super fast and smooth. She was very sweet. I am glad they made everything fast and easy!
