Had a great experience renting a vehicle from this Enterprise location!
Jessie and the rest of the staff here are KILLING IT when it comes to customer service. Jessie has consistently gone, what i feel, above and beyond to take care of me and other customers that walk through the doors at this enterprise! Not my favorite location because stock is always very limited, but I would definitely come back here to receive the customer service she has provided!
People oriented professional went over every step with me. Fairburn location is very accommodating.

I rented my second car from this Location, First car I told the can I get another van cause it’s be in a accident I don’t want it they didn’t care to listen to my request. Now I’m going thru a insurance company and I guess they gave me the worst car, service light, accident lights, tire going low, also I got a call that’s I need to contact my insurance or I’m stuck with the bill like no one communicated with the insurance.
