Not a positive experience. To the collision center they delivered us a dented car with a defective seatbelt and crack in the windhield which expanded during the 1 month rental. Still charged full price to our insurance company. Enterprise did not email the rental agreement which caused major issues and left us stranded. The local manager was unwilling to make it right. Calls to Enterprise HQ also fell flat and I later discovered are routed back to the same local or area manager. They don't take accountability. I do not recom... read more
Best place to get a rental in Houston
What a great experience! The staff here are very personable, professional and very friendly. Specifically, Pablo and Drake took great care of us and made the experience wonderful. Pablo was very accommodating, professional and explained things in great depth. Drake was very friendly. The wait times weren’t long even though it was a busy spring break weekend and we were in and out quickly. The employees were attentive and ready to serve once we arrived. I would recommend this place for their great customer service!
