I used Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Walnut Hills while my own vehicle was being repaired after an accident. The manager there Austin Benzinger was very helpful in getting me into a right sized car after the insurance company originally had given me a hard time and only wanted to put me in a very small car but with help from the manager Austin Benzinger I was able to get a vehicle that perfectly fit my needs. Get your quote and double check,sometimes internet price is lower. Good spot to rent from, the vehicle was nice
I never had such worst experiences with any rental car company before. I booked the car at as a last minute plan. Therefore I called and confirmed with the enterprise customer service. They said your car is ready to pick up. With their confirmation, I came here to pick the car from all the way from cincinnati airport using uber. Now they have denied the car saying they don't have it and they tried to reach me but couldn’t. So much disappointment with enterprise and the way they handle customers.
