Very bad experience ordered a vehicle 2 months in advance got the run around the last 2 weeks saying the vehicle would be in one place an then in another place finally went to pick up the vehicle the day we were leaving an guess what they didn't have the vehicle we rented had to a smaller vehicle and had to take our vehicle to acomanate every one
Used the reading rd site in Cincy Car was ready and clean Exactly what we had asked for No issues with overcharging Staff great! For some reason I had used Budget the last time I rented a car Staff and experience were awful I highly recommend Enterprise
Customer service was excellent...can't remember her name but she was great..comfortable and understood!! Thanks again!!
Very nice people at pick-up & drop-off. Extremely easy, safe, affordable, etc. Their service is wonderful, corporate-level treatment. Terrific selection of cars.
