Juan at the counter was so sweet and helpful after we had just had a horrible experience with enterprise on tunnel road - he saved the day for my and my kids and even showed me how to use the car we rented. Really appreciative of the kind staff at this location! Car was perfect for what we needed, too.
Dont get your insurance to rent you a car with enterprise they will tell you wrong return dates and charge you for the days that it actually was supposed to be returned 🤬
I should have learned from a friend’s experience and avoided this place. I received a confirmation for a rental vehicle only to be told that there was no vehicle for me. I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. No apology, no efforts to coordinate with another location. Never again.
This company does not have access to a dictionary. I'll start with pasting the definition of reservation here. Reservation: an arrangement to have something, such as a table at a restaurant, a hotel room, or a seat on an airplane, held for your use at a later time.
