I had to get my windshield repaired and I needed a rental to be able to travel to work. Our insurance covered is for a mid-sized sedan. After being bounced around to multiple different Enterprise locations, we finally called the Candler location. While they had no mid-sized sedans available, they were able to get us a Volkswagen Taos at no additional charge. It was easily the best vehicle I've ever driven. I picked up a car on April 13, 2026. We were told twice no smoking in the car. There are also stickers in the car that show no smoking. We were taking our car to a garage so my son drove the rental. When I got in it, it smelled strong of Cigarette Smoke and there was the foil from the top of a pack of Cigarettes. There are also ashes in the drivers door and a pair of glasses.
